Tickets

Tickets are required in order to see the concerts. Sponsoring orchestra and band directors will receive one comp ticket for themselves (non-transferrable).

Hotel

ASO is not contracted with a specific hotel for the 2024 event. Directors and/or chaperones are responsible for finding and arranging lodging for the event. Keep in mind that rehearsals begin early in the morning and go until late into the evening and that the event is in February. For the health and safety of the students, please do not plan on commuting to CSU from a large distance for this event.

Rehearsal and Performance Attire

For rehearsals, all clothing should adhere to school dress codes in terms to modesty and appropriate words/imagery.

Additionally, there should be no hats worn in rehearsals.

Concert attire should be the same as for school performances, including formal black, formal black pants/skirt with white shirt, concert dresses (long skirt), or suit/tux jackets and ties.
